I recently came across Zoomify Express.  I am using it with mosaics that I created with another free tool, AndreaMosaic, to accomplish a “pictures within a picture effect” (as you zoom in you realize that the image you are looking at is really made up of thousands of smaller images. I typically use this approach when creating training programs – or facilitating meetings – that require participants to think about the “big picture.”
